"More than machinery, we need humanity."

Attn: Bawl’mer

Hey, Baltimore!  You friendly neighborhood collective infoshop, Red Emma’s, is closing temporarily on May 18 in order to move to a new space.  They’ll reopen at the end of the summer at 30 W. North Avenue.

But where will you get your books in the mean time??  Try The Book Thing, open every Saturday and Sunday.  Seriously, I’ve been there, this shit is bananas.  Hundreds and hundreds of books, all free, and you can take as many as you can carry.  Last summer whenI went a-visiting my pal Jesse (art handler and industrial artist extraordinaire), I found so many delightful treasures.  I could have spent all weekend there, had it not been a 100*F weekend in the muggy Mid-Atlantic.
