Friends of the LibrarianShipwreck

Librarians aren’t paid very well these days, so many of us in NYC live way out in Brooklyn or Queens even if our jobs are in Manhattan.  And, maybe it’s just where I went to library school, in the land of queers and vegetables, but librarians also seem to have an affinity for wholesome food. For those in middle Brooklyn, some friends of the Shipwreck are starting up a new community garden in Bushwick/Bed-Stuy.

I present to you The Plot: a Roots and Vegetable Garden.

Clearly, your dear captains aren’t the only ones who enjoy some bad great! wordplay.
